Last week, one of the biggest marketing events, the INBOUND 2019 took place in Boston. Together with many awesome sessions, HubSpot also announced various new features! To save you some time, we have put together a compact description of the latest product updates!
Ready? Let's go!
👉The HubSpot App Marketplace makes it easier to integrate your favourite apps within your HubSpot account. You can now find more than 300 app integrations including Slack and Wordpress. For more information on this, click here.
👉Your clients expect to communicate with you through their preferred channel. Now you can set up a conversations inbox to streamline and centralise communication with your contacts. Service Hub offers web support forms; they are now available as a new channel in the conversations inbox for all new customers. Facebook messenger is in beta as a new channel as well. Furthermore, Service Hub facilitates easier team collaboration with internal commenting and inline tickets status updates. This way, you will have personalised conversations with your customers and be able to build strong customer relationships.
👉You can now customise article access with password protection based on customer lists. This allows you to share more knowledge with specifics audiences by restricting public access.
👉How many times were you looking for a specific contact in HubSpot contact lists and you found two or more contacts with the same details? We know very well that this can be frustrating! HubSpot now offer a new tool that uses machine learning to find and merge duplicate contacts and companies.
👉HubSpot offers Facebook native ad lead creation. This means that you do not have to promote your social media posts directly on Facebook, but you can do this in the familiar, user-friendly HubSpot interface! Facebook lead ads allow potential customers to sign up for your offers and give you accurate contact information for follow-up. You also get pre-filled form directly within Facebook Lead ads to increase your chances of capturing leads. For example, when someone clicks your lead ad, they'll see a form that’s auto-filled with information they’ve shared with Facebook, like their name, number, and/or email. Each step in the creation process is defined clearly and makes creating and promoting an ad within the HubSpot interface really easy.
👉You can now turn a high performing Facebook post into an ad campaign. Identify which post is performing really well and put some money behind it. You will be amazed how many people will be reached and how fast your audience will grow!
👉Most social media marketers are on the go, attending social media events or at client meetings. Although most of the social media posts are planned and scheduled in advance, there will be be times when you need to publish something that isn't on your social media calendar, such as a photo from an event. HubSpot implemented the "Publish anywhere social reports"! You can now publish a post directly on your social media channels and you will still be able to track the performance of your post across all networks you are active on.
👉And finally one of those really small things, that will make a big change in day to day work... you can now create folders for your workflows to help you stay organised! Also in relation to helping you keep those complex workflows manageable and save you time, you can now create actions that skip to a different step in the workflow or merge different paths
Most of the updates presented above are already live. However, some are planned to occur within the next couple of months.
